About This Blog
This blog is primarily cake-recipe based, but, from time to time, I will include some savoury ones too. I also like to write about my travels and encounters, especially if they involve great food. I speak as I find. Opinions expressed are my own, and not sponsored, requested, or paid for by others, unless specifically stated.
When I was a child and used to watch Sesame Street, thats exactly what I thought a pizza was, sweet pastry with jam on top. Imagine my disgust when I realized in later life when pizza eventually came to Ireland that it was tomato sand cheese on bread - gross! I like yours better.

DeleteThis is one good looking pizza! I love it when people make one food look like another one. It takes way more talent than I have. Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your kind comment, Greg. That one was kind of easy, and just came to me. Others can do this much better than I can. :)
