Madeira Layer Cake


Sounds simple enough, I suppose, how difficult can it be.  After thinking about which type of cake to use, I decided on Madeira.

    This cake looks so delicious!I love Madeira cake, it's so adaptable, I'd murder a slice of that now.........lol :)

    Oh, that looks so so pretty! I love Madeira cake, it's usually my fall back cake. 1st one I ever made in Home Ec!

    I'm not a foodie. I don't bake anything other than a Victoria Sponge. But, this? Now, you could be leading me astray :)

    The mixing of this cake is more or less the same as that of a Victoria Sponge. Not to lead you astray, at all, give it a try!
