The IFBA (Irish Food Bloggers Association) recently organised an outing to the Eastern Seaboard Bar and Grill, and two newly- opened sister-businesses, The Brown Hound Bakery and Mo's 2 Go Take-Away, located in Drogheda, Co. Louth. As I am already a customer, I just had to go along, to learn a little more about them.
Fantastic pics Colette, those cakes look SO good!
ReplyDeleteThank you. The cakes there are so good. A great addition to the area. I love the fact that everything is made upstairs too.
ReplyDeleteI envy you living so close to all these amazing businesses - but if I'm honest, it's just as well for my waistline that I don't live any closer than I do to the bakery in particular! It was lovely to meet you on Saturday.
ReplyDeleteLovely post! So glad you joined us, it was a really fun evening.
ReplyDeleteIt's so tempting, Kristin, not to go every single day. Dicipline is the key! Lovely to meet you, and hope to see you again soon.
ReplyDeleteOh Colette, I bit by bottom lip right the way through that!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos and fab post, it's on my ohmygodineedtogothereimmediately list :)
Susan,if ever you are in this neck of the woods, you HAVE to go. A slice of America right here. You can pop by our house for a cuppa too!
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are always fabulous. I wonder if a day trip to Drogheda is called for?
ReplyDeleteOh my those cakes look delicious!! Great post!
ReplyDeleteThank's Fiona. It's a great shop to have here. If you do pass this way, it really is worth a visit. Let me know if ever you do, and I will be there straight away!
ReplyDeleteThanks Paula. Believe me, they taste every bit as good as they look.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Clare, it was a great evening.
